Customer Support Specialist Full Time / Montreal
We believe in offering a great experience to our clients and a big part of that comes through customer support. In order to maintain excellent service and relationships with our customers, we're looking for a new customer support specialist to join our team as we grow as a company and increase our customer base.
The Profile
In this role you will:
- Respond to customer queries and issues via email or calls
- Document issues and related content in our internal tracking system
- Identify the clients’ needs and recommend solutions; guiding product users through features and functionalities as needed
- Respond to questions and concerns quickly and professionally
- Manage customer expectations and ensure follow-up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Ability to handle difficult customer interactions independently with limited supervision
- Acts as a liaison between customer and internal teams
The Other Stuff
Job requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in customer service environment
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and French
- Work well in a team environment
- Advanced SQL knowledge (In one of either MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle)
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. Knowledge of batch/shell scripting would be an asset
- Possesses flexibility of working hours including evenings, weekends and holidays, when required
- Consumer retail software industry experience is an asset
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
