Customer Support Specialist Temps plein / Montreal

We believe in offering a great experience to our clients and a big part of that comes through customer support. In order to maintain excellent service and relationships with our customers, we're looking for a new customer support specialist to join our team as we grow as a company and increase our customer base.

The Profile

In this role you will:

  • Respond to customer queries and issues via email or calls 
  • Document issues and related content in our internal tracking system
  • Identify the clients’ needs and recommend solutions; guiding product users through features and functionalities as needed
  • Respond to questions and concerns quickly and professionally
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure follow-up
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to handle difficult customer interactions independently with limited supervision
  • Acts as a liaison between customer and internal teams

The Other Stuff

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in customer service environment
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and French
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Advanced SQL knowledge (In one of either MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle)
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. Knowledge of batch/shell scripting would be an asset
  • Possesses flexibility of working hours including evenings, weekends and holidays, when required
  • Consumer retail software industry experience is an asset
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
