Transformation

Partnering with XCCOMMERCE, our Client implemented XCCommerce’s (XC) advanced promotion solutions to support its customer targeted offers, including the support of loyalty point promotions and personalized targeted coupon offers. The XC Promotion Solution Suite (PSS) provides the rich promotion and coupon functionality our Client needs, combined with fast, fully automated, consistent results.

Combining XC’s innovative and industry leading solutions with its existing CRM solution, our Client can  provide offers to customers based on the customer’s previous shopping history and preferences. The XC Coupon Management Module provides control of coupon usage, as well as allowing coupons to be tied to the customer’s account (wallet).
