U.S. based Sales Representative Temps plein / U.S.

We are looking for a driven, proactive, and engaging Sales Representative to generate sales opportunities and support through the full sale cycle. The right candidate is self-motivated and easily initiates relaxed and informative two-way phone conversations with prospects. This position requires outbound phone calling, qualification, consultative selling skills and tight collaboration with the XCCommerce sales executives to uncover new opportunities. The Sales Rep will be expected to report on qualification and outbound activities, as well as stay informed on key XCCommerce solutions and the retail industry in general.

The Profile

In this role you will:

  • Research prospects, retail companies, identify influencers and decision makers
  • Identify qualified sales opportunities through a combination of outbound activities – phone calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach
  • Understand key buyer personas and diligently manage outbound activities for all personas within each sales opportunity
  • Follow a clear, defined qualification process for sales opportunities
  • Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team
  • Ensure all outreach activities are accurately entered and managed within our CRM system
  • Become an expert in the XCCommerce solutions and our competitive differentiators
  • Follow up on leads generated from all marketing events and campaigns

The Other Stuff

Job requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer facing sales role
  • Retail software experience is preferred
  • Excellent listening, verbal, written and research skills
  • Experience prospecting for net-new logos, 
  • Ability to understand and successfully promote solution offerings
  • Organized, with strong prioritization skills for follow-ups
  • Quick learner, highly inquisitive, ambitious, and self-starter
  • Experience working within enterprise CRM solutions, Salesforce is preferred
  • Open to coaching and guidance in order to improve overall effectiveness
  • Effectively builds relationship with sales leadership, aligned sales account executives and marketing counterparts
