The firm grew from a start¬up in Montreal to an organization with more than 750 employees in Canada, the US and the UK, with revenues exceeding $135 million.
STS Systems serviced more than 300 retail businesses, and its client list read like a Who’s Who in retailing: Barneys NY, DKNY, Escada, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Chicos, Gymboree, Dicks, Bobs, Holt Renfrew, Reitmans, Roots and Jones New York.
Howard has sat on the Board of Directors of Reitmans Canada Ltd. (a speciality retail chain of 900 stores), Danier Leather, and Canada Health Infoway. Howard successfully exited investments in Blueslice Networks and Oceanwide where he was a Director as well.
